Afghan national budget was approved unbalanced in the past 13 years, officials at the institution known as the Civic Coalition said.
The institutions noted that corruption, lack of accountability in allocation of budgets for provinces by finance ministry caused injustice.
More than four weeks passed since the draft budget for the next fiscal year presented to Wolesi Jirga.
Some of Wolesi Jirga members said that the unbalanced draft budget for the next fiscal year and Inclusion of the uncompleted projects made the draft challenging for the Parliament.
However, officials in the ministry of finance said the national budget was prepared with the given financial resources.
Around 458.8bn AFN is estimated for the new fiscal year’s budget, which includes 275bn AFN for the ordinary budget and 183bn for the development budget.
