According to WFP, the organization urgently needs $10.5 million in funding to continue its relief flights in 2025.
The announcement comes as WFP warns that an estimated 15 million people in Afghanistan will struggle with hunger this winter.
The WFP estimates that $718 million is needed over the next six months to provide life-saving assistance to vulnerable populations.
