A Suicide attacker has targeted an Afghan Army minibus in northern Balkh province of Afghanistan, killing 3 and injuring 18 ANA personnel, provincial governor spokesman said on Monday.
Abdul Razaq Qaderi, provincial police chief of Balkh, said, the attack occurred on Monday morning in Dehdadi district of Balkh province where 18 Afghan National Army personnel were injured, but provincial governor spokesman, Munir Ahmad, later confirmed 3 dead and 18 injuries.
Meantime, an eyewitness has told to Ariana News that at least seven army personnel were killed in the explosion.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid has claimed the responsibility of the attack in a tweet saying all personnel of an ANA minibus were killed and injured in a suicide attack by this group.
