Shindand district of Herat comes under Taliban attack

Hundreds of Taliban insurgents have attacked Shindand district of Herat province and began fighting with Afghan security forces.
Recent reports suggest that Taliban hiding in houses of civilians began to clash with Afghan security forces.
Officials had no further information about the casualties so far, but eyewitnesses have said that the corpse of a soldier has been seen in the incident.
