The country members of the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) have demanded lands from the Government of Afghanistan to build industrial park, amid officials in chamber of commerce and industry welcomed the intention saying it will boost the economy of the country.
Officials in chamber of commerce and industry have launched efforts to provide the requested lands where the Industrial park would be built.
The Deputy business of the chamber of commerce and industry Yunus Muhmand said,”Efforts are underway to encourage more the SAARC country members to implement their promise and start investing in Afghanistan.”
Afghanistan became member of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) two years ago, experts declared that having membership with SAARC will impact on growing economy in the country.
Economy Expert Taj Mohammad Talash said, “ Afghan Government should have joint programs between SAARC and Chamber of commerce and industry of Afghanistan to grow more economy.”
Building Industrial park will boost economy and also it will create thousand jobs for Afghan workers inside the country.
