Presidential palace warns parliament to take immediate action on reformation decree

Officials in Presidential palace have warned the Afghanistan Parliament to take immediate action over the President decree on Election reformation, otherwise serious measurements will be adopted incoming next week.

President Deputy Spokesman has once again demanded the Parliament members to approve the President decree on Election reformation before leaving for summer vacation.

Meanwhile Election watchdogs have stated that huge number of both houses in order to stay longer in the parliament trying to gain some credits.

“ in case the joint committees reject the President decree on reformation, the Government will release serious decision and implement it next week President Deputy Spokesman Shahussien Murtazavi said,”

Members at both houses of the parliament will leave for their summer vacation incoming week or so but still the no serious action has been taken by the law makers over the President decree on Election reformation.

Head of the justice and judicial committee of the lower house Sharif Balkhabi said,” If the President decree is rejected, it will still be implementable, Government will be capable to bring any reformation on Election.”

Head of the Afghanistan Transparent Watch on Election Jandad Spinghar saidm” The majority of the law makers still want to be stay in the house for one more year trying to gain credits, parliament will be responsible on any delays.”

The President decree on Election reformation has been waiting for the final decision of the joint committees in the houses it will be clear if the following members of the parliament to approve the decree or not.
