Hundreds of civil society activists and tribal elders staged a protest in Farah to condemn Pakistan interferences in Afghanistan’s affairs.

In addition, the protesters announced their support for Afghan-led peace process and condemned the recent statement of Mullah Akhtar Mansoor, the new so-called leader of Taliban who emphasized to continue the insurgency in Afghanistan on his latest audio message.

The protesters were saying they are tired of continued war in the country and asked Taliban militants to stop the implementation of the ominous plans of Pakistan and resolve the differences through negotiations with government of Afghanistan.

At the same time people in western Herat province also demonstrated against the policies of Islamabad and Washington in Afghanistan, accusing the intelligence agencies of these two countries for inflaming instability in the country.
