NDS arrests 3 kidnappers in Samangan

Afghanistan National Directorate of Security, (NDS) has arrested three kidnappers in Samangan province of the country.
According to NDS press release, security forces have nabbed the kidnappers during a special operation in Aibak district of the province.
It has been said that the kidnappers have abducted a butcher and brutally killed him in Aibak district.
The abductors have confessed to their crime.
