Hundreds of Kabul residents in Begrami district demonstrated on Tuesday to condemn Taliban attacks and Pakistan interference in Afghanistan affairs.
The protesters called terrorists activities against the Islamic teachings.
“Taliban are killing people and destabilizing the country, those who commits suicide attacks they act against the Islam principles,” Dawlat Mohammad head of development council of Bagrami district said.
Mohammad Essa Yousufzai, deputy of Begarami youth association condemned Taliban attacks and questioned,” Is Jihad allowed against Muslims praying in the mosque? Is Jihad allowed against the Afghan national security forces that are Muslim and following the Islam religion? These acts of Taliban are against the Islam religion”.
A number of protesters who were calling death to Pakistan said Pakistan is clearly interfering in Afghanistan’s affairs.
“We have demonstrated because we are tired of increased insecurity and interference of Pakistan in Afghanistan’s affairs anymore, we will not set silent anymore, we strongly support our Afghan security forces,” Omara Khan head of Begrami people council stressed.
During the last couple of weeks people have demonstrated widely across the country in Heart, Farah, Helmand, Kandahar, Bamyan, Urozgan and Badghis provinces of Afghanistan to condemn the recent statements by Mullah Akhtar Mansoor Taliban’s new leader and Pakistan policies in Afghanistan.
