Kabul residents have criticized the Government of Afghanistan for not ensuring security for electricity of the capital city ,saying it has been four days that Kabul residents are living without electricity during the nights.

Kabul electricity has been cut off after Taliban brought down an electricity tower in Shahabuddin district of Baghlan provinces four days ago, their reaction has taken place after Afghanistan security forces have launched military operation for cleaning that district from the presence of  Taliban.

Meanwhile officials in Ministry of Defense stated that it’s so difficult to prevent guerrilla attacks from the enemy sides to ensure security for the Electricity workers in the area.

Kabul resident Sediq Mirzad said,” the Government can’t ensure security for our electricity, we don’t further expect anything else from it.”

But, Baghlan Governor Abdul Satar Barez has addressed the other issues which stop the team to go on the field for fixing the electricity tower, saying foggy weather, heavy snow falls have stopped Afghan security forces to proceed to their operation.”

However Ministry of Defense spokesman Dawlat Waziri said,” its so difficult to avoid enemies guerrilla activities in the area to ensure security for the team to fix the problem.”

The following efforts come after that Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkit officials has published a press release indicating efforts for resolving the electricity problem in Dandi Ghori within hours.
