A convoy of international troops was attacked in a car suicide bombing in Alauddin area of capital Kabul on Sunday.
The incident took place around 11:30 am when a car bomber hit his vehicle to a convoy of ISAF forces. According to interior ministry, three people were killed and 25 others were wounded.
All the victims are civilians, said the ministry adding no report existed on whether the international soldiers were harmed.
Witnesses said a number of nearby shops and vehicles were also damaged in the blast.
The security forces have cordoned off the area.
