Investigation Underway on Pakistani Chopper Crashed in Logar: MoD

Officials in Ministry of Defense have confirmed that a Pakistani helicopter has crashed in Arza area of Logar province, investigation is underway to identify if the crashed chopper is the same helicopter which had received permission to use the Afghanistan space to go to Russia.

Meanwhile experts have expressed their concerns over Pakistani interfering, saying that helicopter was sent to launch discovery investigation from Afghanistan geographic.

Ministry of Defense Spokesman Dawlat Waziri said,” one Pakistani helicopter crashed in Logar Province, we had given permission to one Pakistani chopper to use Afghanistan’s space to go to Russia, we have launched investigation to make sure if the crashed helicopter is the same one.”

Political expert Yasin Habib said,” Pakistan wanted launch a discovery intelligent operation in Afghanistan, by using the following chopper.”

Pakistani officials have also confirmed the crashing of their helicopter saying it belonged to Panjab state, where 7 persons were on board including the pilot where their destination is not clear yet.
