Baghlan provincial council member Mohammad Zarif Zarif said Government of Afghanistan decided to leave central Baghlan district control to Taliban, based on the decision the Afghan security forces would withdraw from some of the parts of Baghlan.
The Baghlan provincial council members have also expressed concerns over Taliban and insurgents trying to turn Dahna-i- Ghori and Dand-i- Shahabuddin into safe houses and Government are silent about it.
Baghlan provincial council member Mohammad Zarif Zarif said, “This has been finalized where parts of Baghlan to be controlled by Taliban, this is a game where the Government of Afghanistan has decided to give grounds for Taliban.”
But officials in Government of Afghanistan have rejected the accusation assuring that it would never let to any groups or individual to turn parts of Baghlan into safe houses.
Ministry of Interior Affairs Spokesman Sediq Sediqee said, “Operations are underway and it will continue, Afghan police forces will not allow the enemies to create major challenges.”
Military Expert commentator Jawid Kohistani said, “ Baghlan has turned into conscription and commanding center, I hope the Government and people of Baghlan to take care this issue.”
Fears are underway if the Central Baghlan district does not experience the deadliest war as Dand-i- Ghori residents did.
