Ghani leaves Kabul for Qatar on 2-day visit

President Ashraf Ghani has left Kabul for Doha on a two-day visit at the invitation of Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani Emir of Qatar, Afghan Presidential Palace announced on Saturday.

According to the statement Afghan leader is expected to participate and deliver speech at the 16th Doha meeting under the name of peace and stability for all and will meet Qatar prime minister as well.

He will meet with Qatar council of traders, Afghan influential figures, traders and elder, the statement added.

Afghan President will head a group of high-ranking governmental delegations including the National Security Advisor, the Urban Development Minister, Agriculture Minister, Senior Advisor to the President and the Director General of the Office of Administrative Affairs.
