Gas cylinder explosion kills 5 family members in Kabul

Five family members of Mahmoud Sayed, a civil society activist including her wife and four children, were killed after a gas cylinder exploded in his house.

Explosion occurred in his house located in the 5th police precinct in Kabul on Monday evening, Mohammad Bashir a family member said.

Sayed’s wife, three daughters and his son lost their lives in the explosion, he added.

Ebadullah Razin, Kabul police spokesman told to Ariana News the blast occurred on Monday afternoon at 5:00 pm, after the house was set on fire and a mother with four children were killed due to fire and smokes.
