“This exhibition is for showcasing Afghan goods and clothes and is very useful for marketing,” said Humaira Behsodi, head of the exhibition.
Afghan carpets, Afghan clothing, crafts, foods were the most attracted items in this exhibition.
One of the members of Afghanistan Carpet Weavers Union has expressed optimism about this exhibition.
“As it seems, All Afghans are eager to know more about their culture and traditions,” said one of the Afghan carpet weavers.
Afghans who participated in this exhibition have considered the aim of holding such exhibition very effective in promoting the culture of Afghanistan to the world and to the Afghan people and Americans.
The Gold Culture of Afghanistan exhibition first started in 2006 at the Guimet Museum in Paris, followed by 11 other countries. The ancient ruins are being moved from one place to another.
