Pakistan’s Shadowy Service Intelligence is once again facing accusations of the Afghan warlord over involving in Afghanistan conflicts.

The neighboring country’s Inter-Service Intelligence ISI is leading the current conflicts in Afghanistan particularly the northern parts of the country, Gen. Abdul Rashid Dustom said.

Afghanistan first vice president, Gen Abdul Rashid Dustom who is leading the Afghan security forces operation in northern part of the country declared that Pakistan seeks to have influence in northern Afghanistan with carrying out such clashes.

This comes as after a military operation that Gen. Dustom was leading managed to stamp out insurgents in Khamab district of northern Jawzjan province.

Dostum who arrived in Jawzjan on Tuesday met with troops in a bid to boost morale and called on them to keep the Afghan flag flying high.

Afghanistan has repeatedly accused Pakistan, and especially the ISI, of involvement in its affairs.

The 10-year-long Afghan war not only bestowed on the ISI huge experience of covert warfare, it also created for it a vast reserve of motivated manpower that could be used as its proxy in the geo-strategic horseplay of regional powers.
