Domestic production exhibition kicks off in Kabul

A two day exhibition of domestic production under the name of “Kabul Jan” held in Kabul on Thursday.
Afghan craftsmen say that the number of visitors were few, though the domestic productions have high qualities.
“Made in Afghanistan is our proud. Whatever produces in Afghanistan has a high quality. I assure all people to witness high quality products in this exhibition,” said Abdul Jabar Safi, deputy of Afghanistan Industrial Association.
The organizers of this exhibition noted that they want to showcase the industry of the country through this way and that they want to attract support to domestic production of Afghanistan.
They believe that facilitates should be provided for them for the growth of domestic industries in the country.
“Afghanistan Craftsmen Union make further efforts but it does not have the support of the government,” said Rahimuddin Haji Aqa, Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Union of the Country.
The participants called for creation of a specific market to sell their products.
Building materials, food, saffron, cosmetics, detergents, medical equipment, industries, dry fruits and energy drinks will be exhibited in this two day exhibition.
