Civil Activists Donate Blood To Support Security Forces

A number of Afghan civil activists on Friday lined up to donate blood to support Afghan security forces.
A two-day campaign of donating blood to security forces held nearly the 10th of Muharam under the slogan of “We scarify blood for our soldiers”.
The activists are said to consider the aim of the program, supporting Afghan Security Forces and to promote the culture of unity among the people.
“This is every Afghan people’s duty that at least with donating blood fulfill their responsibilities against our soldiers,” Homeyra Saqeb, civil activist said.
Meanwhile, a number of religious scholars have also demanded the Ashura mourners to donate blood for security forces instead of shading blood in streets.
In the meantime, some of Kabul residents are said to consider donating blood one of their essential duties.
Blood donation campaigns were also organized in the past for the victims of terrorist attacks and security forces.
