BF donates books to Kandahar University

Continuing to its contributions to the country’s educational and cultural sectors, the Bayat Foundation (BF) this time donated 1,500 books of different subjects to the University of Kandahar province of Afghanistan.

The books donated to the library of Kandahar University were related to the subjects of science, social sciences, Islamic principles, medical and technology.

Deputy of the Bayat Foundation, Haji Muhammad Ismail says their aim is to develop education level and assist to students.

He further noted that previously, the Bayat Foundation has also assisted the Kandahar University and the process will continue.

Welcoming the donation, the university officials said these books will help the students build their knowledge of science subjects.

Head of Kandahar University is said to consider these assistance by the Bayat Foundation has positive effects in teaching quality of the university.

Hazrat Mir Totakhail, head of Kandahar University also urged the foundation to cooperate in construction of the University’s gymnasium.

The Bayat Foundation since its establishment until now has been contributing to the country’s mega-infrastructure projects.

It has built Mosques, schools, cultural and religious places, health clinics, orphanages and libraries in several provinces of Afghanistan.
