The qualifying preparation matches of Beach Soccer held for preparations of eight teams in the A-League.
The teams will compete versus each other in two groups of four.
Beach Soccer is a type of sports that is played on a sandy ground with its specific circumstances. There are five players in each team and every game is played for three rounds that each of the rounds takes 12 minutes.
Afghanistan’s Beach Soccer Team previously also participated in the Asian Beach Soccer Competition in China, and they have got many experiences from there, and this is the first time that Afghan Beach Soccer Team is participating in the basic world cup competitions that includes top 16 Asian Beach Soccer Teams.

The wrestling competition under the age of 18 will see 253 wrestlers from 22 different clubs around western Kabul compete.
The National Wrestling Federation has said the competition is important for raising the public profile of the sport in Afghanistan as well as developing new talent.
