“Four armed men entered to the school and after tying up two school’s guards set it on fire”, said Attaullah Khogyani, spokesman of Nangarhar governor.
He further noted that all documents and books inside the school were burned down and a part of its building was also destroyed by the torch.
It’s said that girls and boys were studying at Eimal Khan school during different morning and afternoon shifts.
No one has claimed responsibility for the act. However both militant groups, Taliban and Daesh are actively operating in many parts of the province.
