Afghan Football Players Under 19s Left Kabul For Nepal

Afghanistan Youths National Football Team on Monday left Kabul for Nepal to participate in South Asian Youths Championship.

Twenty one players, two coaches and three members of a delegation will accompany the Youth team of our country in this trip.

The Youth National Football team has been drawn with Maldives and India teams in the second group of South Asian rivalries.

Afghanistan first match will be held against Maldives on Friday.

Previously, Maldives under 16 National Football Team was knocked out of the SAFF Cup following a defeat at the hands of Afghanistan.

Maldives team lost 2-4 to Afghanistan at the South Asian Football Federation Championship hosted in Bangladesh.

In the meantime, the first round of Futsal Championship Competitions of Afghanistan Zones kicked off with the participation of eight teams from 17 provinces of the country.

While these competitions hold in Kabul that Afghanistan Futsal Committee now has a special and standard gymnasium.
