The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs, and Disabled (MoLSAMD) says that Afghan children are being subjected to conduct suicide attacks and used for drug trafficking.
According to the figures provided by the ministry, 1.2 million children are doing hard works and are not benefited from education and health services in Afghanistan which is making it easier for the opportunist groups to use them in illegal works.
“The ominous networks are misusing our children as tools. They are being used for human and drug trafficking and as well as in conducting suicide attacks,” Said Faizullah Zaki, the Minister of Labor in a press conference in Kabul.
He also expressed concerns that the current insecurity across the country have put the most negative impact on children.
The country’s Second Vice President, Sarwar Danesh, has also described the children’s situation as concerning and that Afghan children are subject to hard works.
