The chief of executive, Abdullah Abdullah has said that work has begun on amendment of the constitution.
The chief of executive meets separately with the tribal leaders of eastern, northern and southern provinces on Tuesday and emphasized that they have taken steps to bring reforms and changes in the electoral commissions.
Abdullah said that the country is in dire need of reform and fundamental changes and they will take action to what has already been promised to people.
He assured Afghan people that the government of national unity will seriously work on solving people’s problems and their demands.
According to the agreement between the two political teams, the government of national unity should work on amendment of some articles of the constitution after the swearing ceremony.
