Afghan boxer “Hamid Rahimi” won the WBU title

The Afghan Boxer Hamid Rahimi won the World Boxing Union (WBU) championship by defeating his German opponent in Hamburg City of Germany. After fighting eight rounds, the Afghan Boxer beat his opponent and won the World title.
The WBU officials presented the Golden belt to the Afghan boxer and introduced him as the world champion.
The contest was scheduled to be held in Stuttgart, Germany but because the boxing hall was not ready, the competition was held after a one week delay in the German city of Hamburg.
Hamid Rahimi is the first Afghan boxer to win the World Boxing Union Championship.
