Soon the prices of oil drops: Ministry of Commerce

Within days, the soaring oil prices will reduce in Kabul, said officials at the Ministry of Commerce.
Thousands tons of oil have been purchased and soon will reach to Kabul. With the reach of these oils in the country markets, the oil prices will decline sharply, officials said.
The factors of high oil prices especially in Kabul are excessive use of oils by NATO forces. Officials at petroleum department said.
According to these officials; after Pakistan closed NATO supply routes, these forces buy their needed oil from Afghanistan’s markets that has reduced oils and has increased the prices in the markets.
While the Kabul residents, criticize the government for being negligence to control oil prices. The resident claim the government has promised several times to control the prices but so far, has not taken serious steps.
Since many years in Afghanistan especially in capital Kabul, high fuel and oil rates witnessed in winter season but to the extent that the rates go up, never decline.
