Parliamentary coalition to support Law criticizing police for forcefully shifting Simin Barekzai (ousted lawmaker) to the hospital said, “These actions oppose the Afghan constitution”.
The Law supporting coalition once again emphasized International Community to have a serious action in this regard.
But Afghan Interior Ministry said:
“They shifted Mrs Barekzai in order to save her life”.
Meanwhile the members of Civil Society organization warned that they will have broader action for provision of justice.

Dozens of policemen on Thursday night 13 Oct removing the tent of Simin Barekzai shifted her to Sardar Dawood Khan Hospital.
Zahir Qadeer leader of Law Supporting Coalition said:
Their coalition members strongly condemn the reaction of government regarding Simin Barekzai and call it brutal action of Afghan government.
While Interior Ministry spokesman Sideeq Sideeqi says:
They shifted Simin Barekzai in order to save her life.
He adds:
“According to the information that they received, armed oppositions have planned to attack on Simin Barekzai and her companions”.
The Interior Ministry denied any violence to Simin Barekzai and her companions by the police.
Simin Barekzai about two months ago with eight members of the Wolesi Jirga, lost their seats by the decision of Independent Election Commission (IEC).
She had been on hunger strike since 13 days to protest her disqualification.
She had demanded President Karzai to appoint a commission to re-check her election case.
