Local residents of Konar province are concerned about the insecurity in Asmar, Nari and Ghazi Abad districts.
Armed oppositions’ activities have been increased in the highways and foreign forces also tease them by their willful investigations.
These residents demand the government to create security checkpoints in the highways.
Tribal elders of insecure districts of Konar province say that they are fed-up and worried about the insecurity in the districts.
Government employees can’t travel in the district because of Taliban’s presence in the highways.
Konar Governor during his visit to bases of security forces in Asmar, Nari and Ghazi Abad districts said that coordination with security forces can solve all the problems.
Konar Governor asked the residents not to hide the armed Taliban militants in their homes.
It’s said that security forces have established three security checkpoints in the district highway but the residents say that these checkpoints are not enough to secure the route.
