Parties related with Afghan Government can participate 2nd Bonn Conference

Spokesman of Foreign Ministry considers the presence of opposition representatives in 2nd Bonn conference, conditioned with Peace process.
While recently “Hezb-e-Islami” led by Gull Badin Hekmatyar has said that:
Whenever they will be invited in 2nd Bonn Conference as an independent wing, they will participate with their planning.
On the other hand, Higher Peace Council considers the recent issue of “Hezb-e-Islami” a positive evaluation towards peace in Afghanistan.
Qareeb-ur-Rehman Saeed one of the senior members of “Hezb-e-Islami” close to Gull Badin Hikmatyar told about their conditioned participation in 2nd Bonn conference.
According to Saeed, “recently, they have met senior American and European officials and discussed about their presence in 2nd Bonn Conference”.
“We have planned 15 articles, aimed to end the war in Afghanistan and we will participate in the conference as an independent wing”.
Janan Musazai spokesman of Forign Ministry says:
Just a delegation, led by Afghan government, will participate in 2nd Bonn Conference and if the opposition groups want to participate in 2nd Bonn Conference, first they should join peace process.
Muhammad Qasimyar advisor of Higher Peace Council for International Relations said:
“The opposition groups should join peace process to enter the 2nd Bonn Conference, then they can present their party’s demands”.
Mr. Qasim yar hope that:
Before the 2nd Bonn conference is launched, the “Hezb-e-Islami” group and Taliban may join peace process
