National benefits will be preferred in Strategic alliance with US

Political characters who are aware of these affairs said: “If the strategic alliance is signed between Afghanistan and America, National Benefits of Afghanistan should be considered”. These characters, in a gathering in Mahmud Tarzai Foundation, declared that: US are not working for stability establishment as needed in Afghanistan and its aid for Afghanistan also spent unwarranted.
They said: Although, America spent Billion Dollars in Afghanistan but all of them were ineffective. Abdul Rahman Hotky, Head of Office of Human Rights and Environment, said: “America has already spent 455 billion dollars in Afghanistan, but he believes that; this money is not consumed in needed sectors”. He said: “Policies of America and its allies in Afghanistan are looking doubtful”.
He said; these countries are using their dual policies in Afghanistan. On the other hand, Political characters in a gathering in Mahmud Tarzai Foundation said: “Almost one million dollar is being spent annually upon one foreign Soldier, but if this money is spent upon Afghan Troops, they would be more strengthened”. These political characters emphasize that; National Benefits of Afghanistan should be considered in strategic alliance. They want Afghan Government to pay serious attention in this regard.
