John Allen requests for more troops to Afghanistan

John Allen, NATO General Commander in Afghanistan requested for one thousand and seven hundred more troops to Afghanistan.
These forces are call to Afghanistan for consultation of Afghan security forces, John Allen said.
The motive of calling these forces is to accelerate the process of transferring military operations responsibility to Afghan forces.
Recently, most U.S officials including John Allen believe that the process of transferring security responsibility to Afghan forces will become possible faster.
The process of transferring security responsibilities to Afghan forces should have launched several years ago, several retired U.S generals said.
United States and NATO delayed the process of transferring security responsibilities to Afghan forces from 2003 to 2005 that compel U.S troops to continued the bloodshed war themselves, retired U.S General, David Barnov said.
While, some analysts are of viewed that Afghanistan situation would not be developed by increasing the number of international troops in country, they emphasized on equipment of Afghan security forces.
These analysts believe that country’s security situation can only be developed by strengthening and equipping Afghan security forces.
