ISAF operation killed suicide plotter in Talaqan

International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) officials in a statement have said that the plotter of suicide attack on MP Abdul Mutallib Baik was killed in an operation in eastern Talaqan City, the provincial capital of northern Takhar Province.
The name of the killed suicide planner was Elham and one of his partners was also killed during the operation, ISAF officials said.
Meanwhile Takhar security officials said the operation was carried out without their coordination. Takhar Police Chief Mahmood Alhasan said one of the killed men is not identified yet but probably would be civilian.
MP Abdul Mutallib; the representative of Takhar province in the Parliament was killed in a suicide attack last year on 25th December.
According to another report; the Talaqan citizens marched to protest the killing of abducted taxi driver. The protestors asked the government to seriously pursue the case and prevent such events.
While Takhar Police announced the arrest of two suspects accused of killing taxi driver and said the investigations are continued.
