Afghan War Not Worth fighting, 55 % republicans believe: Poll

Although the US entered Afghanistan in 2001 with full support of US Republican Party but now these party members say the war in Afghanistan was not worth fighting.
According to a recent poll by the Washington Post and ABC, 55 percent of the republicans believe the Afghan war was not worth fighting.
The poll says the Americans are tired of 10 years of war in Afghanistan and almost 9 years of conflict in Iraq.
The poll comes as Presidential race is continuing in the United States and the Republican Pastry’s candidates stress on complete defeat of Taliban.
Multiple surveys were conducted in the United States about the Afghan war during the last few months; all of these surveys showed the tiredness of the Americans about the war in Afghanistan.
Since the 2001, almost 2,000 U.S. troops have been killed and more than 15,000 have been wounded in Afghanistan.
