82% northern Afghans are non-consent with the International aid: New Line survey

A recent survey shows that 82 percent of Afghan civilians in the North of Afghanistan are not satisfied with the functions of the International Community within the past ten years.

The “New Line” a social institution completed the survey in four months and interviewed about 15 thousand Afghans in nine Northern provinces regarding the functions of International Community.

According to the survey; Lack of international assistance in the infrastructure projects are the cause of huge distance between the people and government. While some of the Afghans believe that the aid of International Community has not brought any changes to their lives.

In the survey, the Problem of drug addiction among the young people in the north zone of the country was also surveyed which shows that about 500 thousand people are addicted to various drugs in the North of Afghanistan.

However, the New Line social institution asks the International Community for more assistance in the country. The institution says to create a proper coordination between government and people, the Afghan government should effort on the infrastructure of the country especially build factories to provide employments to the people.
