50% chances of Government collapse after International forces leave Afghanistan: Former British Ambassador to Afghanistan

Former British Ambassador to Afghanistan said there are high possiblity of a civil war in Afghanistan after the year 2014.
According to Times printed in London, William Petty former British Ambassador to Kabul has said, “After the international forces exist from Afghanistan there are 50% chances of Afghan Government collapse”.
Mr. Petty said to the media while I left Afghanistan achieved and achievable was not optimistic.
He pointed it out beside expensing 100s of billion pounds by British and other its allies, Afghanistan’s situation seem Conflict-affected fragile.
This Expert Diplomat who resigned after his mission was over in Kabul says, the fact is “once the international forces leave Afghanistan living situation in far part of the country would be difficult for women and Western Countries would not be able to do anything in this regard.
But, Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense besides rejecting former British Ambassador to Kabul claim says, “There are no chances that Afghanistan becomes a save shelter to insurgents again.”
According to Mr. Petty the report also mentions ((we are strongly committed to Afghanistan; the question is Afghans committed this serious? Taliban are waiting to the international forces exist from Afghanistan and they have never shown Pledged and interested to peace for this country.))
Zahir Azemi Ministry of Defense spokesperson says Afghan Security forces have the needed ability on the other hand Afghanistan’s allies promised they would not leave Afghanistan alone after the year 2014.
To be mentioned international forces exit process from Afghanistan would be completed till the end of year 2014 and responsibility of securing over all the country would be on Afghan security force.
